We've added new functionality so you can create, edit and save templates before sending them for validation by Meta.

What can you do now?
- Save templates in “Draft” status, allowing you to work at your own pace without having to fill in all the required fields right away.
- Edit those drafts as many times as you need before sending them.
- When the draft is ready, send it for validation for Meta to review.
Quick steps:
- Create draft: name + minimum language required → save.
- Edit existing draft: In the list of templates, select “Edit”.
- When ready, complete all required fields + validate variables/buttons → submit for review.
Suggested good practices:
- Use drafts to experiment with different message styles before sending them.
- Give your templates descriptive names so you can easily find them later.
- Complete the examples of variables with real data: this speeds up the Meta approval process.

We launched a renewed view of Departments within Administrator to make managing teams clearer, faster and more orderly. It brings cleaner navigation and guided actions for editing with fewer clicks.

What changes?
- Two display modes:
- By department:you see each department and its users, with quick filters.
- By user:list all agents and what departments they belong to; ideal for audits and occasional edits.
- Change history: who modified what and when.
- Allocation caps by department, editable from the same screen.
- Massive changes for multiple users: add, replace or delete departments in a single action.
Quick access
Go to Administrator → Departments and choose the tab you need (By Agent or By Department). Remember: the main department is the one that prevails for assignments; you can define it per user.

We bring news for those who manage WhatsApp Business from Adereso 🚀

We've grouped and simplified everything in a BSP module to make reviewing your numbers and creating/managing HSM templates easier, with a guided experience and real-time preview.
What can you do now?
- View your connected WABAs and the details of the numbers: status, quality and if they are correctly linked to Desk.
- Search and filter numbers and templates by name, category, state and date.
- Synchronize with Meta if you created templates from Business Manager.
- Create new HSM (Marketing or Utility/Service) templates with a validated structure:
- Header (text, image, document or video)
- Body with dynamic variables {{1}}, {{2}}... (up to 1024 characters)
- Buttons: CTA (visit site, call or offer code) and Quick Answers (up to 3)
- Optional footer
- Preview the message as you design it and send it for approval by Meta.
Requirements: have a number whose BSP is Adereso and the Administrator role in Desk.

We have a new feature in Mass Actions 🤩
Starting today, you can close all the unassigned tickets you have in your inbox in bulk.
For the closing, you can add a personalized message that will be sent before the ticket is closed.
You can try it now, by going to ⚙️ Administrator/ 🔧 Bulk Actions and selecting:
-->Close tickets --> Unassigned tickets

You can now send a campaign and connect it to a bot with a specific flow, allowing you to:

Let me tell you that we have updated the
Monitoring 2.0
(Analytics) view with the following: - New design to view information in a more organized and friendly way.
- We addfiltersby:Department, AccountandAgent.
- Now you can configure alertsof colors per metric (yellow 🟡 and red 🔴 for each one).
- We also added the information of how many tickets are in the bot and how many in agents, and the metrics of UnaddressedandWaiting for a responsewere corrected considering only tickets that were not addressed or waiting for a response from a human agent.
