We launched a renewed view of Departments within Administrator to make managing teams clearer, faster and more orderly. It brings cleaner navigation and guided actions for editing with fewer clicks.

What changes?
  • Two display modes:
  • By department:
    you see each department and its users, with quick filters.
  • By user:
    list all agents and what departments they belong to; ideal for audits and occasional edits.
  • Change history: who modified what and when.
  • Allocation caps by department, editable from the same screen.
  • Massive changes for multiple users: add, replace or delete departments in a single action.
Quick access
Go to Administrator → Departments and choose the tab you need (By Agent or By Department). Remember: the main department is the one that prevails for assignments; you can define it per user.
