We launched a renewed view of Departments within Administrator to make managing teams clearer, faster and more orderly. It brings cleaner navigation and guided actions for editing with fewer clicks.

What changes?
- Two display modes:
- By department:you see each department and its users, with quick filters.
- By user:list all agents and what departments they belong to; ideal for audits and occasional edits.
- Change history: who modified what and when.
- Allocation caps by department, editable from the same screen.
- Massive changes for multiple users: add, replace or delete departments in a single action.
Quick access
Go to Administrator → Departments and choose the tab you need (By Agent or By Department). Remember: the main department is the one that prevails for assignments; you can define it per user.
