We prefer to prioritize responding to private messages rather than comments. In the event of an Instagram contest, the column of new tickets is filled with comments that are not a priority to reply to, while those private messages are lost in the meantime a comment ticket.

Sometimes it happens that tickets are usually merged by mistake and then we have interactions with 2 different customer cases, so we can't manage and track them separately, it would be ideal to be able to disfuse.
