That allows that when assigning an agent more than one channel/service account, to be configured in some way so that the attention of X conta is prioritized. For example, if I have an agent who is configured to assign tickets from the Concept A and Concept B social media channels, prioritize the assignment of those from the concept A account, and if he is free or does not have tickets for that concept, the tickets from account B are assigned to him.

This setting will allow prioritizing tickets assigned to one or more agents based on the channel. Especially when you have more than one account or brand on the same platform.
