Due to the management we carry out in the different services, it is important to be able to monitor the executives who are using Adereso, which is why it is necessary to have a monitoring page where we have a summary of the executive.
the ideal would be to be able to count on the following information within the team's activity:
*change and time in each state where the executive is
*how many tickets did the executive receive
*the tickets you have in process and the time it has been with each ticket since it was assigned
*the number of connected executives
in addition to being able to export this information for internal control issues

Slow approach thinking that we must respond every 2 minutes to the customer, the click is quick to send messages but it is not sent quickly. It is reported that messages appear in red, messages sent or with an x do not appear, and it is slow.
