the ideal would be to be able to count on the following information within the team's activity:
*change and time in each state where the executive is
*how many tickets did the executive receive
*the tickets you have in process and the time it has been with each ticket since it was assigned
*the number of connected executives
in addition to being able to export this information for internal control issues
