It would be a good feature to be able to add the name of the service executive to Whastapp messages, this would allow the customer to understand that they are not always served by the same person.

Hello Francisco, you can now find this functionality in the settings of your WhatsApp account. Using a switch you can turn on (or turn off) this configuration, which will allow the customer to see the name of the executive who is serving him.
