Hours of operation by department
While business hours can be configured by account and channel, they can't be configured by department. We have accounts with different departments, where they don't always work the same hours

Manage work schedule by channel
We currently have the option of configuring business hours to generate automatic responses outside during and outside of business hours. But this does not apply if you have more than one service channel. It is necessary that in the “Manage Work Hours” section it allows us to select the channel and choose the opening hours that each service will have.

Executive Name in WhatsApp Messages
It would be a good feature to be able to add the name of the service executive to Whastapp messages, this would allow the customer to understand that they are not always served by the same person.
