Currently, when a user makes a comment on a public Facebook profile and then sends an inbox, both messages (the public and the private) are displayed on the same ticket, now we want them to be in separate tickets, on the one hand having the ticket for the public conversation and on the other hand the ticket for the private conversation, to make that separation. This ticket is about adding settings to Twitter accounts: Separate Inbox from Fan Page: Yes/No
